Remote connection

This is an excellent facility to support and solve small problems without an on-site visit.
Of course a good Internet connection is required for this to work well.
Using the internet, the customer allows the Lliberweb technician to connect to their computer.
The control of the computer is taken over, during the remote session, by our technician.
The customer can follow each step, and benefit from it.
The cost for this service is 10 euros for the first 10 minutes
and 5 euros for each following block of 10 minutes.
For our Gold customers this service is free, with a maximum of 100 free minutes per year.
